Sage account - How to change the email address on your Sage account
Description
  • Some products use your email address to link to other services
  • The email change will take a few days to update. We'll contact you if we need to confirm the email change applies to other products or services
Cause
Resolution
  1. Log in to your Sage account and go to Account Management.
  2. Click Email address.
      NOTE: If you don’t see the option to change your email, contact your Sage support team.
  3. Enter your new email address, then confirm the new email address.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Make sure the email address is correct. This is the email we'll use to get in touch with you.
  6. You'll receive an email with a verification code.
     NOTE: Check your junk folder and email address if you don't see the 'Forgot your password?' email.
  7. Enter the code and click Verify email.
  8. Your email address won't change until you've entered the verification code.
  9. Log in with your new email address.
  10. Your password and multi-factor authentication remain the same unless you choose to change them.
