Sage account - How to remove 2-factor Authentication (2FA) from your device?

 CAUTION: Removing 2FA from your account will make it less secure. 

If you have access to your device

  1. Log in to your Sage account.
  2. Enter the code sent to your device or authentication app.
  3. Select 2-factor authentication.
  4. Click Remove to disable this service from the device.
  5. Enter the code received, then click Continue to complete the process.
  6. We'll send an email confirmation to your email on record.

To add a new device, choose the option to add a new device and follow the instructions.

Can't access your device

Contact us to receive a one-time code to remove the device.
