To add a yes/no question to a model:

1. Select a blank line where you want to insert the question.
2. Click to enter a blank yes/no question in the model.
3. Place your cursor in the text area of the line, type the actual question, and then press Enter.
4. (optional) Enter the default value to prefill for the question during takeoff.

To enter a default answer to the question, you can:

• Leave the option unmarked to make 'No' the default answer to your question.
• Select the option to make 'Yes' the default answer.
• Use a question or a question formula to calculate the default value during takeoff. For more information, see

5. (optional) Click to open the Properties window where you can name the question or enter a helpful note about the question that appears during takeoff.
6. Set up additional yes/no questions in the same manner. When you finish, click [OK].
