Compatibility Chart for Sage CRM 2019 R1+ integrated with Sage 100 2019 and later.    

This is a reference for the CRM versions integrated with Sage 100.  These integrated versions are available from the Sage 100 on the Sage Support Portal at  https://support.na.sage.com.       

Alternately, versions of Sage CRM that are the stand-alone versions (not integrated with Sage 100) are published on Sage CRM product download pages only.

Patches and Hotfixes for integrated versions are available there also.  

The Sage CRM FULL installs are intended for new installations (does not offer upgrade option). Full install downloads are designated by * in chart. 

 

To upgrade from an existing CRM 7.2 or later, use the Patched  versions for the appropriate Sage 100 (i.e.  Sage CRM 2017 R2 Patch Installer for Sage 100 2017 or  Sage CRM 2017 R3 Patch for Sage 100 2016 ). Patched versions are designated by ** in chart.

 

Specific versions of Sage CRM and applicable patches/hotfixes are not available to integrate with all versions of Sage 100 but are matched with specific Sage 100 versions.

For example:

Integrating CRM 2017 R1, CRM 2017 R2, and CRM 2017 R3 (CRM 2017 follows 7.3) are not available for Sage 100 2015 and earlier.
