Change order entries created by Procore

Approved Estimate Changes

Procore generates a direct write to the new.jct file with Approved Estimate Change transactions to Job Cost. This doesn't create an estimate change order in Job Cost, or Project Management. It also doesn't create a Change Request in Project Management.

Approved Contract Changes

Procore generates a direct write to the Job Cost new.jct file with Aprvd schdl val chng transactions. It doesn't create a change order record in Contracts, Job Cost, or Project Management.

Approved Commitment Changes

Procore generates Commitment Change Orders and exports them to a text file that's imported into Job Cost. Import Commitments creates the commitment change order records for Job Cost and/or PJ.
