Configure the Gmail account

▼Log in to the Gmail account and turn-on 2-Step Verification.

▼Create and use an App password.

Configure email settings in Sage 100 Contractor

  1. Open the report printing window for any report.
  2. Click the email icon (white envelope) on the toolbar.
  3. Click Email Settings.
  4. Choose the option Send email using this alternative SMTP connection.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Mail Server: smtp.gmail.com
    • Port#: 587
    • Select Requires authentication
    • Select Uses SSL
    • Enter the Gmail address in the Email address field
    • Copy and paste the app password you created earlier into the Password field
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Cancel.
