Resolution |
- Access the sales smartsheet titled Sales Requests: Mid-Market, BMS and X3: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/c8ddfb895fa84c84936e1c73be93b3bc?ss_v=158.0.2
- "Is this a partner inquiry or a direct inquiry?" select Direct Inquiry.
- "Is this a Direct Inquiry on behalf of a Partner?" select Yes or No.
- If you selected Yes in the above step, fill out the Partner information on the form, then continue on to step 5. If you selected No, continue on.
- For Sage sales representative, scroll all the way to the bottom and select zNA- CUSTOMER SERVICE USE ONLY.
- "Does your request relate to a new or exiting inquiry?" select New.
- For Product line select Sage 100c/ 100 Cloud.
- For Sage 100c / 100 Cloud / SPC/SHP requests select Activation Keys.
- For Request description select Other.
- For ISVs, add-ons and 3rd party solutions select NA.
- Enter the End Customer Account Name.
- Enter the End Customer Account Number.
- Enter the End Customer POC Name.
- Enter the End Customer Email Address.
- Indicate if the request is urgent (it usually will not be).
- For the Colleague or partner comments enter a summary of the issue at hand. For example: Please update the Sage Intelligence Keys as they are missing on the Partner Portal but are available in Fusion. The keys in Fusion are : vxxxxxxxxxxx_Gxxxxxx.
- Upload relevant files if applicable.
- Check mark Send me a copy of my responses field and enter your email address.
- Click Submit.
- You should expect to get a confirmation email upon submitting the smartsheet, a request received email once it has been assigned to a representative, and a request complete email once the issue has been resolved.
