There is an issue in Sage Fixed Assets versons 2022.1-2023.1 in Depreciation and Tracking where leading zeros are being dropped from CSV formatted files.

Note: This issue is resolved in Sage Fixed Assets versions 2024.0 and higher.

When following the steps in How to format the Estimated Life correctly during a Custom Import in a CSV formatted file the Leading zeros are not importing into the company.

The current workaround is to save as in the .XLS or. XLSX format instead of .CSV to get the leading zeros to import.
