Uninstall Actian Zen for Version 2023 and later

1. Click your Windows Start button, type Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
2. Select Actian Zen v15 xxxxx SP1.
3. Click Uninstall and click Next >.
4. When prompted, select Remove and click Next >.
   
5. Click Remove.
   

Uninstall Pervasive SQL for Version 2021 and earlier

1. Click your Windows Start button, type Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
2. Select Pervasive PSQL v10.3 xxxx (32-bit).
3. Click Uninstall.
4. Click Yes to uninstall the product.

Reinstall Actian Zen or Pervasive SQL

• Reinstall Sage BusinessWorks on a server or standalone computer
• Install the Sage BusinessWorks client
