Possible issues with files or older permissions where the install files are located or the Windows Operating System.

Locate Sage 50 Accounting XXXX.msi

1. Leave the repair sitting on the error message.
2. Click Browse and go to the install files. Refer to How to locate the install source?
   
   NOTE:

   If you're unable to locate the install files, you can re-download them. Skip to the next section. 

    

3. Open the Peachw folder.
4. Open the Install folder.
5. Select Sage 50 Accounting XXXX.msi and select Open.
6. Click OK in the message box and the repair will continue.

Re-download the installer

1. If the error message is still on the screen, close it and cancel out of the repair.
2. Download the Sage 50 Accounting full installer for the version you're repairing from Sage 50—U.S. Edition: Download Portal.
3. Select Downloads in your browser and double-click the Sage50_202x.x.x.exe file to run it.
4. Click Install. If prompted to confirm a file replace, click Yes to All.
5. Choose Repair.
