How do I delete a user?

  1. Verify that everyone is out of the Company.
  2. Click Maintain, Users.
  3. Select Set Up User Security.
  4. Select the User Name you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete User button.
  6. Click Yes to delete the user.

 NOTE: If the user exists in other companies, it will still show on the user list, but with no access.
