| Resolution | Clear active licenses - Close Timeslips on all stations.
- Run the Station Administrator application.
- Find Station Administrator by selecting Start, All Programs, and the Timeslips folder.
- Select Options, Licenses in Use.
- Click Clear All.
- When the Clear Active License prompt opens, click OK.
- Click OK to confirm the licenses aren’t active in another database.
- Click Done to exit the Licenses in Use dialog box.
- Close Station Administrator, and start Timeslips.
