| Resolution | Clear licenses on the local workstation - Right‑click the Timeslips desktop icon and select Open File Location.
- Alternatively, you can browse to the Timeslips program folder. This is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Timeslips\.
- Run TSAdmin.exe to open Timeslips Administrator.
- Select View licenses.
- Highlight the license to remove, then select Clear or Clear all.
- Select OK at the prompt.
- Select Done.
