Download the update

1. Visit the Sage BusinessWorks Download Portal.
2. Under Updates, select the update that matches your installed Sage BusinessWorks version.
3. If prompted, enter your Sage Portal username and password.
4. Click Download.

Locate the downloaded file

1. Press Ctrl + J to open your browser downloads.
2. Select the downloaded update file.

Install the update

1. Have all users exit Sage BusinessWorks.
2. Install the update on the server.
3. If applicable, install the update on the terminal server.
4. Install the update on all Sage BusinessWorks client workstations.

Additional information

• Service packs include all prior service packs.
• You don't need to install earlier service packs before installing the latest one.
• Tax updates and service packs may be released separately.
