Warning: If you want to change the Fiscal year end date to a date that is earlier than the Current month in JC Settings, contact your Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate channel partner. Do not continue with the steps below. Year to date totals may be incorrect, and reconciliation to General Ledger may need to be based on Job Cost transaction files instead of the Job Cost master file.

1. Turn on Audit setup Activity. For more information, see the link below.
2. From the Job Cost File menu, select Company Settings, JC Settings.
3. Type the new date in the Fiscal year end date field and click OK.
4. Turn off Audit setup Activity.
