These reports print a trial balance as of a specified period end date. You can roll back up to 23 periods in the past with these special considerations:
- The report can print for the current period and up to 23 periods in the past. It does not print for future periods.
- You cannot use the report if you use a 13 period accounting method.
- The report prints totals at the Prefix A level by default. You can change total levels in Report Designer (Design, Totals).
- The title on the report is "Account Report" and contains the columns: GL Account, Account Name, Current Period Activity, and Current Balance.
