How do I install Enhanced Tax Reporting (Aatrix)?

Note: Internet access is required to install and use the Enhanced Tax Reporting option.

  1. Open Sage BusinessWorks.
  2. Install Enhanced Tax Reporting from either Payroll or Accounts Payable:
    • On the PR menu, point to Taxes, and click Enhanced Tax Reporting and eFiling.
    • On the AP menu, point to Vendors, and click 1099 Processing.
    1. Select Yes when the message "The enhanced reporting software is required, but it is not installed on this workstation. Do you want to install the software now?"
    2. Click Next to begin the install
    3. When complete click Finish.
    4. After a minute the Enhanced Tax Reporting form selection screen will display.
  3. Select desired form (may be showing previous year) and click OK. This will lead you to an Enhanced Tax Reporting Update page.
  4. Select Automatic update and allow the update to complete
  5. When updates are complete Enhanced Tax Reporting is ready to use
