| I can't install Enhanced Tax Reporting software or updates |
Resolution | ▼ If the install or update appears to run and still shows you have an update - Exit Sage BusinessWorks.
- Right-click the Sage BusinessWorks icon on your desktop and select Run as administrator.
- Once you’ve logged back in to Sage BusinessWorks, then attempt the form update again.
- If still encountering issues, log in to this computer as a local administrator and attempt the install again.
- Verify the user is a local administrator of the computer.
- Work with your computer technician to provide you with local administrator rights
- Attempt the install again
- If you can’t have local administrator rights, run the install file as administrator.
- Log in to your computer as another Windows user that has local administrator rights.
- Install Enhanced Tax Reporting again.
