Enhanced Tax Reporting shows prior year forms

 NOTE: Aatrix releases updates around March 20, June 20, September 20, and December 20, before the end of the quarter or year.

  1. Select any form showing a prior year date.
  2. Click OK to continue processing the tax form.
  3. If an update is available, you'll receive a message with three options Automatic, Manual, or Continue Expired.
  4. Select Automatic.
  5. Click Next to accept the Automatic Update.
  6. Once that’s complete, exit the form and restart Enhanced Tax Reporting to see new forms.

Helpful information

  • If a form didn't update, Aatrix hasn't released it yet
  • If you installed the update and prior year forms still appear, close and reopen Enhanced Tax Reporting
  • Make sure you're not selecting a Work in Progress form if the current information isn't displayed
    • When prompted to use Work in Progress, select NO to load the current year form and information
