Unlock files on the workstation Reboot your workstation and check it resolves the error. If the error persists, proceed to the next step. Close microkernel sessions on the server NOTE: Don’t use the Pervasive Software or Zen Monitor Utility to delete users or active sessions when users are using any application. It causes data corruption. Close or disable all third-party applications that interface with Sage 300 CRE or Estimating, such as TimberScan, Paperless, Office Connector, and Tech Tool. - If you're on version 17.1 or later and using SQL Replicator or Mobile Projects, stop the Replication before proceeding.
- Log out all users from Sage 300 CRE and Sage Estimating applications.
- Go to the Windows Start button and select Actian Zen 15, Zen Monitor (or Actian PSQL 12, PSQL Monitor for version 24.1 and earlier).
- Click OK on the Select Server window.
- Click the MicroKernel Sessions tab to view each user's opened sessions. The Session column will display the user with opened sessions.
- Verify again that users have completely closed all Sage applications.
- To close sessions for individual users, right-click on the row and select Delete MDKE session.
- To close all open sessions, click the Delete all sessions (
) button in the top right. - Exit the Pervasive / Zen Monitor.
- Restart Replication if using SQL Replicator or Mobile Projects.
