Enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and .NET Framework 4.5

  1. Open Start, Control Panel
  2. Select Programs and Features
  3. Select Turn Windows features on or off
  4. Select the following:
    • .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
    • .NET Framework 4.5 Advanced Services
  5. Follow steps below to install Sage 100 ERP workstation

Sage 100 ERP Standard workstation

  1. Browse to the "..\MAS90\Wksetup" folder through the mapped drive for the Sage 100 share
    • Example: "X:\..\MAS90\Wksetup"
  2. Right-click Autorun.exe and select Run as administrator, or right-click Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation and select Install
    • Note: Skip to Step 5 if Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation is chosen in Step 2.
  3. Click Yes, if presented with the User Account Control (request for permissions) dialog box.
  4. Click Install Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation
  5. Click Next and follow Installation Wizard to complete installation.

Sage 100 ERP Advanced and Premium workstation

  1. Browse to the "..\MAS90\Wksetup" folder using the UNC path to the Sage 100 share
    • Example: "\\Servername\Shareppoint\..\MAS90\Wksetup"
  2. Right-click Autorun.exe and select Run as administrator, or right-click Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation and select Install
    • Note: Skip to Step 5 if Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation is chosen in Step 2.
  3. Click Yes, if presented with the User Account Control (request for permissions) dialog box.
  4. Click Install Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) Workstation
  5. Click Next and follow Installation Wizard to complete installation.

How to configure Sage ERP 100 on Windows 8 (setup to 'Run as Administrator')

  1. Open Windows 8 Start Screen.
  2. Right-click the Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) icon.
  3. Click Open file location from the Options list at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Right-click the Sage 100 ERP 2013 (or 2014) shortcut and select Properties
  5. Click Compatibility tab.
  6. Select the check box Run this program as an administrator. Note: If multiple users use this workstation select Change Setting for all users
  7. Select Run this program as an administrator check box.
  8. Click OK to save changes
