Use one of the options below to allow non-Administrators to print to Paperless Office:
- Configure Sage 100 ERP to run with Administrator privileges

- Right-click the Sage 100 ERP shortcut and select PROPERTIES
- Select Compatibility tab
- Select the Run this program as an administrator checkbox.
Note: If multiple users use this workstation select Change Setting for all users and
check the Run this program as an administrator checkbox
- Select OK to save changes.
- Change permissions for Sage PDF Converter Registry key

- Select Start, Run (or Press WINDOWS KEY+R)
- Type: REGEDIT
- Press ENTER
- Expand HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG,SOFTWARE
- Right-click Sage PDF Converter
- Select Permissions
- Select Add
- Add a User Account or Group the Sage 100 users are members of (i.e. Domain Users)
- Select OK
- Select Full Control under Allow column
- Select Apply
- Select OK
- Exit Registry
