Use one of the options below to allow non-Administrators to print to Paperless Office:

  • Configure Sage 100 ERP to run with Administrator privileges
    1. Right-click the Sage 100 ERP shortcut and select PROPERTIES
    2. Select Compatibility tab
    3. Select the Run this program as an administrator checkbox.
      Note: If multiple users use this workstation select Change Setting for all users and
      check the Run this program as an administrator checkbox
    4. Select OK to save changes.
  • Change permissions for Sage PDF Converter Registry key
    1. Select Start, Run (or Press WINDOWS KEY+R)
    2. Type: REGEDIT
    3. Press ENTER
    4. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG,SOFTWARE
    5. Right-click Sage PDF Converter
    6. Select Permissions
    7. Select Add
    8. Add a User Account or Group the Sage 100 users are members of (i.e. Domain Users)
    9. Select OK
    10. Select Full Control under Allow column
    11. Select Apply
    12. Select OK
    13. Exit Registry
