Make a backup of your Sage 300 CRE files before attempting any of the solutions below. Information Assistant If you added the report using the Information Assistant (IA) application, the report only shows for Administrators and the user that added the report. Remove the report from Report Manager and add it back through the appropriate module. Refresh files Close and re-open the Sage Desktop to refresh Security Administration. If the still doesn't show, run the Configuration Hub on the server with all users logged out Fix report names Change the report name - Delete the report from the Report Manager for the appropriate module.
- Add it back with a slightly different name.
- Run the Configuration Hub.
Fix duplicate report names There are duplicate reports in the application Reports, Report Manager with exactly the same Report name and Menu group. - Delete the duplicate.
- Complete the steps in the Default menu order section below.
Default menu order Rearrange the reports so they are in the default report menu order. Custom menu groups should come after all the default menus, followed by any reports that aren't assigned to a menu group. - Open Report Manager for the appropriate application from the Tasks or Applications list of the Sage Desktop.
- Click Arrange.
- See the default Reports or Inquiry menu group order.
- Select the report you need to move and use the Move Up/Move Down buttons.
- Example: The default menu order for Accounts Payable is:
- Invoice Registers
- Cash Management
- Compliance
- Lien Waivers
- GL Reconciliation
- Miscellaneous
- Lists
- Forms
- Setup
- Custom menu groups
- Reports not in a menu group
- Repeat step 4 for any additional reports until reports are in the correct default order.
- Click Close when finished.
- Run the Configuration Hub.
