How do I delete a change request in Project Management?

Resolution
  1. In Project Management, select Contract Control, Change Requests.
  2. Click Find, and select the job.
  3. Select the change request and then click OK.
  4. Click Delete and then click Yes at the message, Are you sure you want to delete Change Request change request number?
  5. Repeat step 4 for each change request.
  6. Click Close.

Note: When you delete change orders, the attached change requests still exist. Select the link below for the steps to delete a Project Management change order.

If you need to keep the change request information but only wish to remove contract item information for deletion of the contract item, you must unlink the contract item on the detail tab in the contract item field and on the price/cost estimate tab in both the upper and lower grid contract item columns.
