Resolution

Option I: Disable Offline Files (Sync Center)

Option II: Manually Install the Amyuni Printer Driver

The Install PDF Converter option uses PDFInstall.exe to create the printer in Windows. If this fails, manually install the Amyuni driver.

  1. Close MAS90 or MAS200.
  2. Copy Amyuni.inf to the ...\MAS90\Home folder.
  3. Verify the following files:
    • CDINTF.dll exists in ...\MAS90\Home (server)
    • CDINTF500.dll (or CDINTF600.dll for version 2019 or later) exists in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (workstation)
    • acfpdfu.dll exists in ...\MAS90\Home
  4. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  5. Confirm the Sage 100 PDF Converter printer does not already exist.
  6. Select Add Printer.
  7. Choose Add a local printer.
  8. Clear Automatically detect and install Plug and Play printer.
  9. Select port: NUL.
  10. Click Have Disk.
  11. Browse to ...\MAS90\Home and select Amyuni.inf.
  12. Ignore unsigned driver warnings if prompted.
  13. Rename the printer to Sage 100 PDF Converter.
  14. Do not set as default printer.
  15. Do not share the printer.
  16. Do not print a test page.
  17. Complete the installation.

If prompted:

  • Select Continue Anyway for unsigned driver warnings.
  • If the Files Needed prompt appears for acfpdf.dll, browse to ...\MAS90\Home.
  1. Verify the printer appears in Devices and Printers.
  2. Log in to Sage 100.
  3. Go to File > Run, enter PL_AdvancedOptions_UI, and click OK.
  4. Verify the message: "The PDF Converter is installed correctly".
  5. Test printing via Paperless Office.

Important Note
