Security reports are included in the default Report folder, but they are not automatically included on the Report menu.
These security reports are located in the \Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\Report folder:
- Security Companies by User.rpt: This report will show which Companies are assigned to each User.
- Security Companies.rpt: This report will show the list of Companies found in the security tables, both visible and non-visible. If there are companies listed that are no longer used and are no longer visible in Security Administration, Company Editor may need to be used to clean up this list.
- Security Groups by Task.rpt: This report will show which Roles are assigned to each Task. This does not include the Application Administrator nor the Security Administrator roles.
- Security Groups by User.rpt: This report will show which Roles are assigned to each User. This does not include the Application Administrator nor the Security Administrator roles.
- Security Tasks by Group.rpt: This report will show which Tasks are assigned to each Role. This does not include the Application Administrator nor the Security Administrator roles.
- Security User Details.rpt: This report will show the User names, Descriptions, and Windows User.
- Security Users by Company.rpt: This report will show which Users are assigned to each Company.
- Security Users by Group.rpt: This report will show which Users are assigned to each Role. This does not include the Application Administrator nor the Security Administrator roles.
These Crystal reports can be added to application Report menus in Reports Manager and can be secured in Security Administration.
