Note: Use Option B only if you are willing to forgo the feature of having a task run at the end of a Sage Timberline Office task or if you are testing to confirm the issue.
Option A: Archive the Sage 300 CRE Log Viewer.
See Archive Log Viewer linked below to archive and delete the as much as the log as you can.
- Use the option to Archive and Delete.
- Use the Display filters to show up to 200,000 records that you can then archive and delete using 10,000 record XML files.
- In this scenario you will most likely have to change the date filter multiple times to delete all of the records.
Note: As a test, Sage 300 CRE Office support may be able to provide a blank file if archiving 10,000 records at time is not an option.
Option B: Change all Sage MyAssistant tasks that is scheduled to run at the conclusion of a Sage Timberline Office program to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Once and On demand.
- From the Sage MyAssistant Designer, open any task that may be scheduled to run at the conclusion of a task.
Note: You can see any task that is still scheduled to run at the end of the task by in the MyAssistant Designer, right-click a header, select Column Chooser, double-click on Schedule. Unfortunately, this will not reflect any task that is still marked with a schedule but is also set to On demand.
- Select Schedule.
- While the task in the Run task window is set to run On a schedule, change in the Run This Task window the option to something other than At the conclusion of a Sage 300 CRE program.
- In the Run task window, change the option to On demand.
- Click OK.
- Do the same for any task that is marked to run At the conclusion of a Sage 300 CRE program.
