Set up a TS Billing Field Names DSN to modify billing invoices in Crystal Reports.

1. In Windows select Start, All Programs, ODBC.
2. Select the correct administrator and tab for your version.
   • Versions 25.2 and earlier: 32-bit ODBC Administrator, User DSN tab
   • Versions 26.1 and later: 64-bit ODBC Administrator, System DSN tab
3. On the correct tab, click Add.
4. In the Create New Data Source window, select Timberline Data, and then click Finish.
5. Type the Data Source Name as TS Billing Field Names.
6. Specify the Database Type as an Accounting Data Folder.
7. Click Select Folder and then select the folder that contains the data you want to use.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Options >>.
10. Specify the Table and Field Naming as Dictionary names.
11. Select the Use maximum table segment size checkbox.
12. Clear the Shorten field and table names checkbox.
13. Click OK twice.
