To use a DSN in a Crystal report, complete the following:

  1. In Crystal Reports, open the report.
  2. From the Database menu, select Add Database.
  3. In the Data Explorer, double-click the ODBC folder.
  4. Double-click the folder with the name the DSN you created to access your Sage 300 CRE data. For additional information about how to set up a DSN, select the link below.
  5. Select a table from the list.
  6. In the Link Table Wizard, you can link the record into the existing structure. Linked tables and fields are available in the Database Fields section of the Field Explorer.
