Unregister the Correspondence Log add-in as follows:
- Exit all Microsoft applications.
Note: It may be necessary to use Windows Task Manager to close open Microsoft Office applications. For more information, see the link below.
- From the Windows Start menu, select Run or type Run in the search field and select Run.
- In the Open box, enter regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\SHARED\pjCorrLogAddin.dll".
Note: Your actual path may be different than listed above. The Pjcorrlogaddin.dll file is located in the Shared folder beneath your Timberline folder.
- Click OK. After a moment, the following message appears: "DllUnregisterServer in C:\Program Files\Timberline Office\Shared\pjCorrLogAddin.dll succeeded." Click OK.
Steps to register the Pjcorrlogaddin.dll file:
- From the Windows Start menu, select Run or type Run in the search field and select Run.
- In the Open box, enter regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\SHARED\pjCorrLogAddin.dll".

- Click [OK]. After a moment, the following message appears: "DllregisterServer in T:\Program Files\Timberline Office\Shared\pjCorrLogAddin.dll succeeded." Click OK.
After performing the above steps, open Outlook, Word, or Excel and verify that the Add to Log button is now available in the Microsoft Office Add-ins Menu. If the button is still not available after fully performing the steps above on the workstation, see the link below.
