Grant the user's role ODBC read access: - Open Sage Desktop as an Application administrator
- Form the Tools or Options menu, select Security Administration.
- From User Setup, Locate user and identify role used for printing report that is generating the error. Exit User Setup.
- From Role Setup, select the role identified in step 3.
- Expand Tasks, ODBC and check the Read Access check box to grant permission to this role.
- Click Save and exit Role Setup
- Have the user close Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and then log back in. User will now be able to print report without error.
