Description
Cause
Corrupt data.
Resolution

If the cause is not insufficient network rights, perform the following steps:

  1. From the workstation where you receive the error message, log on as the Administrator.
  2. Try the task that caused the error message. If you still get the error when you log on as the Administrator, continue to the next step.
  3. Have all users exit Sage 300CRE Accounting
  4. Create a backup.
  5. Run File Doctor. Refer to How do I use File Doctor to fix my corrupt data files?
  6. If any errors are reported at the end of the file doctor process it is recommended that you reach out to your Business Partner, Consultant or Sage Support to review File Doctor journal for errors.
