When you review the File Doctor journal, not all suggested fixes are good. If you're uncertain, contact support. Some issues require restoring all files from a backup and fixing the restored files.
Open Sage Desktop.
Go to Applications, Common Tasks, Tools, and File Doctor.
Select the Current data folder to fix specific files.
In the Tasks section, select the Fix and compact bad files and Compact good files checkboxes.
Then, select the desired files in the Files list.
Under Printer Information, click Printer Setup.
Select Print to file and click OK.
Click Start to begin fixing the files.
In the Print File Selection window, type a name for your summary report and click Save.
Review your report to ensure all the fixes and any data loss.
NOTE:
If you printed the report to a file, view and print the file from the File, Printouts menu.
