Resolution |
These tasks are in addition to the tasks performed during Close Current Period:
- Changes the annual interest totals on the Lease Deposit records:
- Interest Paid Last Year is set to the value that was in Interest Paid YTD.
- Interest Paid YTD is set to the value that was in Interest Paid Next Year.
- Interest paid Next Year is set to zero.
- Deletes old Property Calendar Year Occupancy records based on number of years you retain occupancy.
- Deletes old Property Calendar Year Accumulator records based on number of years you retain each accumulator.
- Deletes old Unit Calendar Year Accumulator records based on number of years you retain each accumulator.
- Deletes old Lease Calendar Year Accumulator records based on number of years you retain each accumulator.
- Deletes old Lease Calendar Year Sales Volume records based on the number of years you retain sales volume history.
Notes:
- 1099s can be printed either before or after closing December since you can print them using either the Interest Paid Last Year total or the Interest Paid YTD total.
- Occupancy records are retained for the number of years you specify in Setup, Properties, General tab, Occupancy tab. If you specify zero years, occupancy records are retained indefinitely.
- Accumulator records are retained for the number of years you specify for each accumulator in Setup, Accumulator Controls. If you specify zero years, accumulator records are retained indefinitely.
- Sales volume records are retained for the number of years you specify in Lease Percentage Rent Controls (Tasks, Manage Leases, Change Lease, Recur Chgs tab, Percentage Rent, General tab). If you specify zero years, sales volume records are retained indefinitely.
