Resolution | - Reboot the effected workstation.
- Close running tasks.
- Have everyone exit Sage BusinessWorks
- Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to open the Windows Task Manager
- Go to the Processes tab and end any "TASKXXXX.exe," BWLauncher.exe, or BWServer.exe processes. Avoid ending Taskmgr.exe
- Have all users log out and Disconnect stranded users.
- If the error continues, ask IT to prevent antivirus or backup software from scanning Sage BusinessWorks files.
