Review the following list of compatible versions of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office) and Crystal Reports:

  • Sage 300 CRE 24.1 use SAP Crystal Reports 2020 (64-bit)
  • Sage 300 CRE 17.1 - 23.2 use SAP Crystal Reports for Sage 300 Construction 2016 or 2013 SP2
  • Sage 300 CRE 16.1 use Crystal Reports For Sage 2013 SP2
  • Sage 300 CRE 15.1 use Crystal Reports For Sage 2013 SP2
  • Sage 300 CRE 14.1 use Crystal Reports 2013. You must upgrade custom Crystal Reports then modify using Crystal Reports 2013. See Do I need to update Crystal reports in 14.1 & 15.1?
  • Sage 300 CRE 9.8 and 13.1 use Crystal Reports 11.5. You can use Crystal Reports 11.0 to modify your custom reports.
  • Sage 300 CRE 9.6 and 9.7 use Crystal Reports 11.0. You can use Crystal Reports 10.0 to modify your custom reports.
  • Sage 300 CRE 9.5 uses Crystal Reports 11.0. You can use Crystal Reports 9.0 or 10.0 to modify your custom reports.
  • Sage 300 CRE 9.2.x, 9.3.x, and 9.4.x use Crystal Reports 10.0. You can use Crystal Reports 9.0 to modify your custom reports.
  • Sage 300 CRE 9.1.0 through 9.1.4 uses Crystal Reports 9.0.
  • Sage 300 CRE 8.0.0 through 8.3.4 uses Crystal Reports 8.5.

Note: Do not use later versions of Crystal Reports to create or modify reports for prior versions of Sage 300 CRE . For example, do not use Crystal Reports 9.0 to create or modify reports for Sage 300 CRE CD 8.x.
