[BCB:5:Third-party support:ECB] - Go to the Windows Start button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Devices.
- Go to Printers & scanners.
- Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties.
- Select the Drivers tab, and make a note of the driver currently installed.
- Check this list of recommended drivers to compare.
- If the driver is on the recommended list, you're all set.
NOTE: If your driver isn’t on the recommended list, update the driver. For any issue with the approved driver for Sage 300 CRE, remove and reinstall the driver. [BCB:156:Chat 300 CRE US:ECB] |
