- Go to Windows Start button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Devices.
- Go to Printers & scanners.
- Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties.
- Select the Drivers tab, and make note of the driver currently installed. See What are the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate tested printers and their recommended configurations? for a list of recommended drivers to compare.
- If the driver you have is in the recommended list, you're all set
- If not, you will need to reach out to your IT provider for assistance with getting the correct driver installed for your printer

Note: If you are having problems with a Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate approved printer driver, try a new copy of the printer driver to check for corruption. |
