How do I verify that the correct printer driver is installed?

  1. Go to the Windows Start button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Devices.
  4. Go to Printers & scanners.
  5. Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties.
  6. Select the Drivers tab, and make a note of the driver currently installed.
  7. Check this list of recommended drivers to compare.
  8. If the driver is on the recommended list, you're all set.

 NOTE: If your driver isn’t on the recommended list, update the driver. For any issue with the approved driver for Sage 300 CRE, remove and reinstall the driver.
