| Resolution |
- Confirm that the applicable folder exists on the server (if the folder does not exist it can be created first manually):
- C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\Data\Construction Sample Data
- C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\Data\Electrical Contractor Sample Data
- C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\Data\Home Builder Sample Data
- C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\Data\PM Sample Data
- From the Windows Start menu, select All Programs, Sage Administration.
- Run the program "Refresh Sample Data"
- Select the applicable check boxes to refresh the data sample companies.
Note: Previous sample data folders will be renamed appending ".backup.#" to their current folder name.
