| Resolution | Application server - Stop the Sage 100 Advanced or Premium service or application.
- Confirm that no Pvxwin32.exe processes are running in Task Manager.
- Open File Explorer and go to ..\MAS90\Home\Lib\Keys\.
- Right-click Activate.pvx and select Copy.
Remote Desktop Server - Right-click the Sage 100 shortcut and select Properties.
- Click Open File Location to access the Workstation Setup directory.
- Open the Lib folder, then the Keys folder.
- Right-click the existing Activate.pvx file and select Rename.
- Right-click in a blank area and select Paste to insert the copied Activate.pvx file.
Back at the Application Server - Restart the Sage 100 Advanced or Premium service or application
Back at the Remote Desktop Server Additional information - In multi-terminal server environments, review Windows Firewall settings if the error persists
