The sending of MyAssistant notifications is independent of any mailing program. MyAssistant uses SMTP to send information to the mail server you define. By default the port used is 25. You may specify a different port if required in the Outgoing Mail Server field. For example, you might use smtp.gmail.com:587 to specify port 587.

However; currently, MyAssistant cannot access the online Outlook address book in this environment. You will need to copy and paste or type the email address rather than pulling them directly from your address book.

You can determine the servername and port number by checking your account settings in the Outlook web app, under Settings, Mail, Accounts, POP and IMAP, SMTP settings.
