| Resolution | - The Move to History button changes the Status of the lease from Terminated to Historical. It doesn’t move any data to historical files.
- You can't change the status until the Net due tenant and Net due company amounts are zero. If these amounts aren’t zero, click Reconcile Account to make entries to zero the balances.
- If the tenant doesn't have other current/future leases, you can change the Account Status from Active to Closed. You have this option when making the lease historical.
- The lease will still be available in Change Lease and in reports and inquiries. The lease won’t be available in other tasks and you can't create entries for it.
- If you change a lease to Historical status by mistake, change the status from Historical to Terminated. You can also do this if you need to make correcting entries to the lease.
