The following Core Associates products worked with Property Management. They’re no longer offered. Sage 300 CRE Support doesn’t support these products.

• PM Forms: Create templates to take data from Property Management and print standard forms with your tenant information.
• Global Billing is designed to change recurring charges for all tenants or create one-time charges for all tenants.
• AutoReg is designed to extract tenant data to produce mandated reports for rent-stabilized apartments.
• Te-mail is designed to allow emailing tenant communications and provides a direct payment option.
