Access to support via phone or chat:

A Business Care plan is required to receive support on your product. With the plan, you also receive the latest release of the program. We recommend you upgrade to the latest product as soon as possible. However, if you’re unable to upgrade immediately, we’ll support one prior version until your current Business Care plan renews.

Subscription License:

If you have purchased a subscription license of Sage 50, there are some additional restrictions you need to know.

  • Subscription License requires a minimum one-year initial commitment and lasts only as long as your subscription remains active
  • The program must be installed on a computer that has access to the Internet
  • You must have the most current version of the program installed
  • Cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription will cause your program to revert to read-only mode. This means you’ll be able to access your data but you won’t be able to edit or add to the data
