All support and services are available for the current release. Install the latest release and have an active Sage Business Care plan to have access to all features and services. See below for details.

▼Access to support via phone or chat

You must have a Business Care plan to receive support on your product. With the plan, you also receive the latest release of the program. We recommend you upgrade to the latest product as soon as possible. If you’re unable to upgrade immediately, we’ll support one prior version until your current Business Care plan renews.

▼Business Care subscription license

If you’ve purchased a subscription license of Sage 50, there are some additional restrictions you need to know.

  • Subscription License requires a minimum one-year initial commitment and lasts only as long as your subscription remains active
  • You must have the program installed on a computer that has access to the Internet
  • You must have the most current version of the program installed
  • If you cancel your subscription, Sage 50 Accounting will revert to read-only mode: where you can view your data but can't make changes
