Cause
Resolution
  1. If moving the program, make a backup of the SYSTEM on your old server/computer.
  2. Select File, Select Company and select SAMPLE.
  3. Restore a system backup.
  4. For a new install or when a system backup isn’t available, manually register the program. You can register the program in Utilities, Registration Information.
     NOTE: Without restoring a system backup, you'll need to recreate existing users and custom forms.
