| Resolution | - If moving the program, make a backup of the SYSTEM on your old server/computer.
- Select File, Select Company and select SAMPLE.
- Restore a system backup.
- For a new install or when a system backup isn’t available, manually register the program. You can register the program in Utilities, Registration Information.
NOTE: Without restoring a system backup, you'll need to recreate existing users and custom forms. [BCB:163:Chat BusinessWorks US:ECB]
