Print corrected W-2 forms (W-2C)

Resolution
  1. Go to PR, Taxes, Enhanced Tax Report and eFiling or PR, Taxes, Print W-2 Forms.
  2. From the Available forms menu, select the 20XX W-2/W-3 and select OK.
  3. On the W-2 History File Options screen, choose Correct Completed W-2s and select Next>.

  4. If prompted, indicate whether you’ve distributed any copies, then click Continue.
    Correction options. Select if you've distributed any copies to employees or government.
  5. The W-2/1099 Preparer grid will open in Correction Mode. Make the necessary corrections and click Next through each screen.

     NOTE: 
    If your state copy requires eFiling, you’ll see the following message. Select OK.  For more information, see correcting a W-2, 1099 or ACA file selected to eFile.

    The message appears if you've not filed state W-2s.
  6. Review the data on the Review Data screen and either print the form or click Next.
  7. When your forms appear on the next screen, select Print Final.
  8. Click Next Step to display the next form.
  9. Continue selecting Print Final and Next Step until printing of all forms is complete.
