Option 1 - Time is entered using daily time entries:

  • When generating accrual entries, add a condition for Date..

Option 2 - Time is entered in lump sum amounts or hours:

  1. Enter the time that needs to be accrued for that pay period
    Note: Use the regular Period Begin and Period End dates.

  3. Enter the remaining time and process your checks normally.
