Change the user's security to enable the Write Off and Adjust buttons.
- Log into Sage Desktop as an Application or Security administrator.
- Open Security Administration.
- Version 15.1 and older: Tools, Security Administration.
- Version 16.1 and later: Options, Security Administration.
- Click on Roles and select the role assigned to the user.
- On the Tasks tab, select Tasks, Property Management, Tasks, Create Charges, and select the box for Miscellaneous Entries.
- Click on Save Changes.
The next time the user logs in they will be able to see the Adjust and Write Off buttons.
