Description

Note: The Windows User Profile might be corrupt. Try downloading and installing Sage Exchange logged into Windows as another user such as the Administrator

Cause
Resolution
  1. Uninstall Sage Exchange from Control Panel
  2. Rename user 2.0 folder:
    • Go to the Start Menu
    • Click on Computer
    • Open up Local Disk (C:)
    • Open up Users
    • Open up the user’s folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)
      • To show Hidden Folders press the ALT key. Open Tools, Folder Options
      • Click on the View tab 
      • Select the radio button for “Show hidden folders, files, and drives”.
    • Rename the 2.0 folder AppData\Local\ Apps\2.0 (ex... C:\Users\JohnDoe\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\)
  3. Reinstall Sage Exchange
  4. Open www.sageexchange.com/install and click Next button
