Resolution | - Uninstall Sage Exchange from Control Panel
- Rename user 2.0 folder:
- Go to the Start Menu
- Click on Computer
- Open up Local Disk (C:)
- Open up Users
- Open up the user’s folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)
- To show Hidden Folders press the ALT key. Open Tools, Folder Options
- Click on the View tab
- Select the radio button for “Show hidden folders, files, and drives”.
- Rename the 2.0 folder AppData\Local\ Apps\2.0 (ex... C:\Users\JohnDoe\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\)
- Reinstall Sage Exchange
- Open www.sageexchange.com/install and click Next button
