| From the Payroll Reports menu, select Setup, Employee Pays. The Amount column will have the hourly rate for hourly employees or the salary amount for salary employees. If employee pay rates are not set up on the employee record this report will not show the hourly amounts. Note: You can add a condition for YTD Pay Not Equal To .00 to pull only employees that have been paid this year. Is there a report that shows hours, earnings, pay rate, SSN, in a date range?
