Resolution
  1. In payroll, go to Inquiry, Check Information, Check Time.
  2. Select the PR Transaction File, in this example select Current if you want items that have been posted and not moved to history.
  3. To insert a field such as SSN, double click a column heading and insert column before this column, click Ok. SSN resides in a location other than PR-Time so click Index, select PR-Employee, select Social Security Number, click Ok. Now the column has been added to your inquiry.
  4. To put a condition on the report, click the blue funnel icon and select your field, operator and value. Click Ok when done.
